EqualOpportunityHires (EOH) is a social impact initiative of Change State, a recruitment marketing agency based in Seattle, WA. We connect community programs and organizations with companies committed to equal opportunity hiring.

Employer Benefits:

• No job aggregators or scrapers: We accept jobs only direct from employers committed to diversity and inclusion, and explicitly prohibit job aggregators and traffic resellers from posting on our network. This ensures higher quality traffic for our employer partners, and an optimal candidate experience for our job seekers.
• Community reinvestment: Your sponsorship dollars will help us grow EqualOpportunityHires.com and to honor our pledge of reinvesting 15% of our revenue back in our non-profit and community organization partners.
• Flat fee for unlimited jobs: During our "beta" rollout phase, sponsorship packages are just $500/month for unlimited jobs. Inaugural employer partners who commit to this important initiative before the end of the year will receive this special monthly rate for the life of their sponsorship.

Non-Profit Benefits:

We vet all employer partners to ensure they're dedicated to providing the entry level positions, upskilling opportunities, and career pathing mentorship necessary to help your constituents succeed.

• Push alerts: Your constituents will have the option to enroll in email or text message alerts when new roles become available, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• No technical expertise required: We work with your IT or web team to quickly (and easily!) embed our free widget in your website at a location of your choosing.
• Community reinvestment: We intend to fund this initiative by collecting modest monthly fees from our employer partners, which we'll use in part to reinvest in non-organizations like yours.
