We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pilot Manager to join our educational curriculum sales team. The Pilot Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of pilot programs aimed at showcasing our educational curriculum products to potential clients. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of educational curriculums and sales processes.

Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position .

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 86,261.00 and $ 125,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote . To be considered, you must reside i n one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA or WY .

Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 35 % travel , so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience .

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop and execute strategies for piloting educational curriculum products in various educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and training centers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential pilot opportunities and target clients for showcasing our curriculum products.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions to understand their needs, goals, and requirements for curriculum enhancement.
  • Design pilot program proposals tailored to the specific needs of each educational institution, outlining objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Lead the recruitment and training of pilot participants, including educators, administrators, and students.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to pilot participants throughout the duration of the program, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collect feedback and data from pilot participants to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our curriculum products.
  • Analyze pilot program results to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to incorporate feedback and refine curriculum products based on pilot outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing pilot program findings and recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Share Your Expertise .

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • Bachelor's degree in education; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational sales, curriculum development, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of educational curriculums, instructional design principles, and learning outcomes assessment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing pilot programs or educational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee pilot program activities.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes for students.
