Seasonal (Seasonal) JOB TITLE: Banquet Server DIVISION: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Banquet Manager LOCATION: Restaurant CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/Seasonal/Hourly POSITION: Are you looking for an opportunity to become a valued team member in our restaurant with a breathtaking view of our mountain slopes? Solitude is looking for a server with excellent coordination and people skills to bring our expectation of great customer service to the next level during our guest's dining experience. This position is for our summer season assisting with our events. Events such as weddings, family reunions, graduations, birthday parties, etc. The banquet server is responsible for ensuring the dining areas are set and ready for food services, executing food and beverage delivery including hand passed appetizers, plated and buffet style meals, table wine service, and clearing the dining area after meals. Anticipate all guest's needs and provide prompt and friendly service. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional organization and time management skills Demonstrates knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude's standards Ability and willingness to collaborate Communicate with strong verbal skills Must have great problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work flexible work schedules that include holidays and weekends Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler's Certificate and Sips and Tips Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.
